For the annual Day of Caring event, United Way of Mercer County matches up our affiliate agencies with volunteers for a day.  Many of these agencies contact us, looking for a hand with esthetic improvements - painting, cleaning, etc., so we put out the call for any volunteers willing to roll up their sleeves.

 

This year, one group even volunteered to help spruce up the grounds of United Way of Mercer County. 

We'd like to extend a special thank-you to Tony Zucco and his wonderful crew from our local Penn Power office.  Not only were they were an absolute joy to have onsite for the day, they did a fabulous job.
